Clarke Henderson-Davis, BS, CAP, CTT

Therapist/Master Breathwork Practitioner

Clarke’s experience in the recovery field spans over 23 years and hundreds of addiction and complex PTSD clients. Clarke brings passion, commitment and joy to his work as a therapist: his core belief is that every person, above all else, wants to give and receive love. His goal in treatment is to bring forth the greatness that already lies within each individual. Clarke holds a bachelor’s degree in Addiction Studies and is a Certified Trauma Therapist.

Clarke is also a longtime student and practitioner of yoga and mindfulness. Clarke integrates the exercises and teachings of mindfulness into his work as a therapist and believes that each individual has the path to healing within.

Marc H. Boff, DPT, ATC, CES, PES

Physical Therapist and Athletic Trainer

Dr. Boff is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, a Certified Athletic Trainer, and a Strength and Conditioning Coach who is not only an expert in his profession but is also extremely passionate about the intersection of health, wellness and function. With over 20 years of professional sports experience as a physical therapist and trainer for the NBA, he has been able to transform bodies and change lives with incredible success. His Los Angeles-based company, MHB (Manage your Health and Body) Fitness, grew from his own philosophy to take ownership of managing one’s health and body. MHB Fitness is a concierge health and wellness service that specializes in providing an elite level of individualized client care in addition to consulting services.

With the belief that optimal physical health can only be achieved in conjunction with optimal mental and spiritual health, Dr. Boff utilizes a comprehensive approach incorporating human movement with lifestyle to create customized programs designed to meet the specific goals of each individual.

Guided by a scientific model that combines functional movement and time-tested training principles, his techniques maximize outcomes while minimizing risk. Dr. Boff provides a diverse array of services including movement analysis, functional and core training, injury prevention and management, rehabilitation and nutritional and weight management services. His client base includes high-level business executives; celebrities preparing for roles and campaigns; professional, collegiate and amateur athletes as well as individuals with specific fitness and wellness goals.

Dr. Boff has also served as the Director of Sports Medicine for NBC’s reality weight-loss series “The Biggest Loser.” Prior to starting MHB Fitness, his NBA tenure includes serving as the Head Athletic Trainer and Physical therapist of the Milwaukee Bucks, Assistant Athletic Trainer and Physical Therapist of the Chicago Bulls, Head Strength and Conditioning Coach and Physical Therapist of the New Orleans Hornets, and Assistant to Head Athletic Trainer and Strength Coach of the Boston Celtics. He also co-founded and co-owned Badger CrossFit of Wisconsin. Dr. Boff graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from Brandeis University in 1996 and went on to earn an MSPT in 2002 and DPT in 2005 from Simmons College.

Christine Bianculli

Certified Personal Trainer

Christine Bianculli, a mother of four and a dedicated wellness enthusiast and fitness trainer, brings over fifteen years of experience to the field. She has been with The Guest House of Ocala for six years. Her educational background includes studies in pre-nursing and as a physical therapy assistant, and she is currently pursuing a degree in alternative sports medicine.

Christine holds NASM certifications in nutrition and personal training (CPT). Her expertise in trauma recovery is reinforced by her ongoing research into the profound impact of movement, corrective exercise, psychological modalities, proper nutrition, breathing techniques, social support, and compassionate care on an individual's well-being.

At The Guest House, our approach extends beyond traditional in-gym fitness, incorporating holistic methods to support overall wellness – with the help of an amazing personal training team.

Kajal Michelle

Yoga Nidra Facilitator

Kajal Michelle is a South Florida native whose teaching history spans 25 years. She became a student of yoga in 1996, having received her initial yoga teacher certification through Sri Naranda Yoga For Youth in 1998. In 2004, she became a certified Callanetics® instructor, a practice dear to her heart, developed by the late Callan Pinckney.

Over the years, Kajal has studied with many acclaimed teachers, including Yogi Amrit Desai, a Master in the Art of Living, his daughter Kamini Desai, Ph.D., Eric Walrabenstein of Yoga Pura, and Yogi Mark Roberts of South Florida. She has received certification in the foundational and advanced level training of I AM Yoga™and I AM Yoga Nidra™(2008 through 2016). In addition, Kajal served on the teacher training faculty of the Amrit Yoga Institute in Salt Springs, Florida, from 2016 through 2020. She has been serving those on the path of recovery since 2017, having done sober companion work prior to coming on board to share the practices of Yoga and Yoga Nidra at The Guest House in 2020.

Kajal has a unique ability to take her students on a guided exploration into the dense, often avoided areas of the body and tap into the still, silent space that resides within each one of us. Her teaching style is intuitive, and the energetic quality of her voice cultivates a space that allows people to feel safe to explore their interior dimension, both on and off the mat, which is an integral component to healing trauma at its root in the physical body.

In her free time, she enjoys live music, dancing, and spending quality time with those she loves most. She currently resides in the Ocala National Forest with her husband and two kitties.

Kat Cross

Spirit2Spirit Coordinator and Creator of Possibilities

Kat is a native Chicagoan with an impressive background of life experiences. Alongside studying three subjects -- Theater; Psychology; and Recreation, Parks & Tourism -- at Western Illinois University, she served in the Army National Guard for 10 years. After her studies, she worked abroad in the United Kingdom serving the United States Navy and Royal Air Force as the director of the Navy’s LIBERTY Program.

Kat comes to the Guest House with nearly 15 years of admissions and marketing experience. She was first introduced to the behavioral health field when she answered a classified ad for a teacher/mentor at the San Cristobal Treatment Center. Here, she found her calling to help bring possibility and recovery to wounded people. As Director of Admissions and Marketing, she was able to assist the entire family system while networking with other professionals, visiting other treatment centers and attending industry conferences. She was next recruited to work as a National Account Executive for Calloway Labs. While working in toxicology she was exposed to the realities of the world of addiction and drug abuse, and with help and encouragement from her friend, Judy Crane, she decided to start her own company: Cross Consulting Marketing.

As a consultant, she now enjoys the freedom to choose where she provides her services and is committed to working with only the most ethical and authentic people in the industry -- including Judy Crane’s Spirit2Spirit Healing program and The Guest House Ocala. Currently, Kat lives in Taos, New Mexico with her young daughter, Skyler, and loving husband, Matt. She is proud to represent The Guest House Ocala and continue to help professionals learn about the incredible healing that is happening. As a trauma survivor herself, Kat has a deep passion for serving our population and creating possibilities for those who are wounded.

Kristi Labenne, M.A., ATR, CTT

Art Therapist

Kristi is a graduate of Marylhurst University and has a Master's in Art Therapy. She is a member of the American Art Therapy Association and her extensive work in the field of recovery allows her the ability to work with diverse groups of individuals of various ages and backgrounds, targeting those who suffer from PTSD and the disease of alcoholism/addiction. Kristi has a desire to work in a therapeutic creative environment that is professional, compassionate, and supportive, which led her to join the team at The Guest House Ocala. Her unique ability to guide residents to a deeper understanding of themselves using art, allows for an effective change to transpire using the creative process. Kristi believes in utilizing Art Therapy to implement new innovative modalities, that allow guests the opportunity to experience empowerment, growth and change in their personal recovery.

Alicia Michelle

Yoga and Embodiment Practitioner

Alicia Michelle has an extensive background involving holistic healing modalities, modern scientific revelations, and spiritual practices. She believes that trauma resides in the body and can become patterned into the nervous system. She draws upon her experience of radical acceptance psychology, somatic processing and trauma-informed yoga to create a safe space for each individual to be fully met with customized techniques and tools for their specific needs.

In 2014, she left her executive job with The State Department and has since devoted her life to the mission of inspiring others to unearth their true potential, free from suffering. She will often leverage her years of corporate experience to empower others to carry the benefits of their embodiment and yogic inspired tools off the mat and into their daily life.

Her motto is that “addiction is pain reaching for the light in the wrong direction.”

Lisa McNatt

Breathwork Practioner

Lisa is dedicated to helping individuals heal and integrate adverse experiences, with a strong focus on trauma recovery. Over the past 17+ years, she has worked extensively with diverse groups, including incarcerated individuals and at-risk US Veterans, providing stability and healing. She firmly believes that healing trauma creates a ripple effect, resonating across generations and contributing to the collective healing of the world.

In 2021, Lisa founded One Breath Institute and began training practitioners in Introspective Breathwork® Therapy, a healing modality she co-developed that blends breathwork, somatic work, energetics, conscious connection, and coaching.

Lisa holds several relevant certifications: Breathwork Practitioner, Licensed Massage Therapist, Craniosacral Therapy Practitioner, 500-hour Yoga Instructor, and Reiki Master. Over the years, she has immersed herself in various spiritual practices to understand their underlying teachings and has trained with experts in trauma-informed practices, including Thomas Hübl and Dr. Dan Siegel. Lisa considers herself a lifelong student, always seeking to improve herself and her work.
